Privacy Policy: 

I will never share any of your information with outside parties and will only use it to fulfill the order placed, any legal requirements, and any information or newsletter updates you have signed up for. 

Return Policy 

Unfortunately I cannot offer refunds at this time. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for store credit. It must be in the condition in which it was received and you as the buyer are responsible for shipping a return. Please contact us for more details.

For custom orders, we cannot provide refunds nor exchanges due to the individual nature of the product. By purchasing a custom item, you agree to a non-return policy.

Shipping and processing times:

My products are all made to order just for you. As such, it can take up to 20 days to ship out your order, plus a few days to travel to your door. Please keep these times in mind when ordering for specific dates. 

Customs and import taxes Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
