Venus girl power planet ring!
This ring was a way for me to wear my love of all thing space while celebrating the fact that, yes, I happen to be a woman. Traditionally women are represented with the planetary symbols for Venus while men have the symbol for Mars. Yup, that's where men are from Mars and women are from Venus comes from.
Women are amazing, and totally underrepresented in space sciences and physics. As a woman in that field, I wanted something just for me to remind myself that I belong here too, even if I didn't see a lot of others like me. So I made this ring. Women belong in space cause we've got a whole planet. And in the end we are all Starstuff.
